confirmation of the title order within 24 hours of placing your
order with Gulf Title Company. |
|
|
Title
searches in Escambia, Santa Rosa, Okaloosa and Walton Counties
within 48 hours of your order. |
|
|
Barring
any title defects or other problems affecting closing, closings may
be as soon as five business days from the date of placing your
order. |
|
|
Loan
documents may be e-mailed, electronically transferred or faxed to
this office to expedite closing. |
|
|
You may
request a preliminary HUD-1 Settlement Statement to review with your
client prior to the closing. |
|
|

request, we will order and schedule termite inspections, surveys or
