Thank
you for choosing Gulf Title Company as your real estate title
insurance agent. At Gulf Title Company, we take the issues of
timeliness and accuracy very seriously. It is our goal to
exceed your expectations, and to keep all parties advised of the
status of the closing. We therefore make the following
commitments to our lender clients: |

|
- Written
confirmation of the title order within 24 hours of placing your
order with Gulf Title Company.
|
|
|
- Title searches
in Escambia, Santa Rosa, Okaloosa and Walton Counties within 48
hours of your order.
|
|
|
- Barring any
title defects or other problems affecting closing, closings may
be as soon as five business days from the date of placing your
order.
|
|
|
- Loan documents
may be e-mailed, electronically transferred or faxed to this
office to expedite closing.
|
|
|
- You may request
a preliminary HUD-1 Settlement Statement to review prior to the
closing.
|
|
|
- For an
additional fee, closings may take place at your customer's
residence, business or other location, or on weekends, to
accommodate their schedule.

request an Insured Closing Letter, an Agency Resume or a copy of our
Errors and Omissions Policy, Surety Bond or Fidelity Bond by
contacting the office at the address or phone above, or by
